By accessing and using Carstodian's vehicle transport services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Carstodian provides premium enclosed vehicle transport services throughout Australia. We specialize in secure, discreet, and professional vehicle transportation with GPS tracking and CCTV monitoring capabilities.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be specified in your quote. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment may be required before or upon delivery, as specified in your agreement.

Prior to transport, a condition report will be completed documenting the vehicle's condition. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition for loading and transport. Any pre-existing damage will be noted in the condition report.

Carstodian maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for vehicles in transit. Our liability is limited to the terms and conditions of our insurance policy. We recommend you maintain your own comprehensive insurance coverage. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to minimize inconvenience.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing and circumstances. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund, less any costs already incurred. Please refer to your specific booking agreement for cancellation terms.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is prepared for transport, including removing personal items, ensuring the vehicle is in a transportable condition, and providing accurate information about the vehicle and delivery locations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carstodian's liability is limited to the value of the vehicle or the amount covered by our insurance policy, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information solely for the purpose of providing our transport services and communicating with you about your booking.

Carstodian reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
